Data model

Course geometry is loaded from OpenStreetMap through Overpass. The flag reset point is the geometric centroid of the selected golf=green polygon.

Offline behavior

The app is offline-first: opening a course downloads and stores it once, and after that no network is used during play. Data refreshes only from the Update buttons. Satellite and terrain tiles are stored for areas you have viewed.
